Terms and Conditions

Studio 015 mind, body and soul, located in Delft at Vulcanusweg 263C, 2624 AV, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 69962030 under the name Studio 015 mind, body and soul, hereinafter referred to as “Studio015”.

Participant(s): Anyone who has entered into a participant agreement with Studio 015.
Participant Agreement: The agreement between Studio 015 and a participant.
Participant Terms: These general terms and conditions, which are published on the Studio 015 website and provided upon first request by a participant.

I hereby explicitly authorize Studio 015 to begin delivering services immediately after my registration. I declare that I waive my right of withdrawal once I book a class or make use of the service.

Article 1: Registration, Enrollment Fee, Membership, Termination, and Deregistration
1.1 A participant registers through our website www.studio015.nl and creates their own account. Once the participant registers, they agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Studio 015 Delft.

1.2 If a participant is inactive for 8 weeks—meaning they do not hold a valid package and therefore do not attend any classes for 8 consecutive weeks—the membership will be terminated (unless other arrangements have been made); the account will be removed from our system. After re-registering, no trial class can be booked.

1.3 The inactive account can be reactivated within 8 weeks by purchasing a new package. The new package must be activated within 8 weeks after the last paid class was taken.

1.4 Memberships and subscriptions must be cancelled in writing or by email at least 4 weeks before the end of the contract. The account with corresponding data will be deleted immediately after the final class.

1.5 In addition to group classes, private lessons must also be booked and, if needed, cancelled through Studio 015.

Article 2: Subscriptions & Credits
2.1 Various subscriptions and credits can be purchased in the webshop. The participant chooses what suits them and is responsible for their own choice.
2.2 A subscription or credit includes studio closures and participant holidays and continues during a participant’s absence.
2.3 The notice period for subscriptions is at least 4 calendar weeks before the end of the subscription period. The premium unlimited subscription cannot be terminated mid-term.
2.4 Subscription cancellation must be done through the participant’s personal account in Studio 015. The cancellation becomes effective once the participant receives a written confirmation by email from Studio 015.
2.5 If the subscription is cancelled less than 4 calendar weeks before its expiration, the contribution for the next 4 calendar weeks will be charged.
2.6 If, for any reason, the participant does not make use of the classes, no refund of the subscription fee will take place.
2.7 Credits have a fixed validity period. No exceptions are made.
2.8 Credits must be paid in full at once. They cannot be paid in installments.
2.9 Unused credits expire when the validity period of the card has passed.

Article 3: Payment, Booking, Cancellation, Catch-Up, Refunds, Pausing
3.1 Participants purchase a package, book, and cancel their classes via the Studio015 app.
3.2 The participant must always cancel at least 12 hours in advance in case of illness or inability to attend. If cancelled later, the credit expires. For subscription holders, there is a 3-time grace limit per month. After 3 late cancellations, we are obliged to block the subscription for 7 days.
3.3 In case of non-payment or late payment, Studio 015 may recover collection and administrative costs from the participant. If payment fails (e.g. insufficient balance, reversal, or any other reason), the collection will be attempted again after one week. The participant then has one week to fulfill the payment obligation. If payment is still not made, a collection agency will be engaged, and the costs will be charged to the participant.
3.4 Refunds for missed classes or otherwise are never possible.
3.5 If a subscription holder goes on a long vacation outside studio closures, the subscription can be paused. The participant must notify Studio 015 in writing or by email at least 4 weeks in advance. The responsibility lies entirely with the participant. In exceptional cases, such as pregnancy or long-term illness, credits may be extended or subscriptions paused after timely written notice and when the reasons are deemed plausible* by Studio 015 management.
3.6 A paused package does not count as a cancellation; the normal notice period still applies. During the pause, the right to attend classes expires.
3.7 No payments will be collected during the pause. Once the participant has recovered or resumes classes after the agreed pause, the collection will automatically restart.
3.8 For all subscription types, no refund of subscription fees will take place.
Whether the reasons are plausible and justify pausing is determined by Studio 015 management, not by the participant.

Article 4: Holidays & Public Holidays
4.1 Studio 015 is open during most public holidays and school holidays. Holidays are announced each calendar year in the studio and on the schedule in the Studio 015 app.
4.2 During studio closures and participant holidays, the subscription continues; this is included in the pricing. Credits can be carried over to the next month.
4.3 If a subscription holder takes an extended vacation outside studio closures, the subscription can be paused. Written or email notice at least 4 weeks in advance is required; the initiative lies with the participant.
4.4 A special summer schedule applies during the summer.

Article 5: Liability & Personal Responsibility
5.1 Each participant must inform the instructor of their health status and any complaints.
5.2 If the participant has physical complaints or is pregnant, they must first consult their (family) doctor before participating in a class. If approved by the doctor, the participant may join the class.
5.3 Pilates is a corrective, restorative, and functional movement method, but it is not (physio)therapy. Pilates may have therapeutic effects, but it does not claim to solve medical issues. The participant understands that Pilates is a physical activity and that medical treatment requires consultation with a doctor or specialist.
5.4 Participation in all activities is entirely at the participant’s own risk. Studio 015 excludes all liability for damage or injury incurred during or as a result of training. Every form of physical activity carries risks, and the participant is personally responsible.
5.5 Studio 015 is not liable for the loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings.
5.6 The instructor/management has the right to deny the participant access to a class if participation is deemed irresponsible due to physical or psychological concerns.
5.7 The instructor/management may deny membership to anyone if there are valid reasons, for example based on previous experiences with the individual.
5.8 The management may revoke a participant’s membership if they misbehave or repeatedly violate the rules or General Terms and Conditions.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal and Exclusion
6.1 Participants who register online for a subscription with Studio 015 are legally entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of registration, in accordance with Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.
6.2 This right of withdrawal applies only if the participant has not yet used any Studio 015 services (such as booking or attending a class).
6.3 Upon entering into the subscription, the participant explicitly declares:
to wish to make use of Studio 015’s services immediately, and
to waive their right of withdrawal as soon as a service has been used (such as booking or attending a class).
6.4 If the participant wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal within the legal cooling-off period and has not yet used the services, this must be reported in writing or by email to info@studio015.nl
